These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of iglesiastech.com and the signed-in Iglesias Tech app platform (the "Service"), provided by Iglesias Tech LLC ("Iglesias Tech", "we", "us"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
Some areas require an account. Individual apps (Golf, Car, Home, Computers, Fitness) are access-controlled — you only get in once access is approved. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in secure.
You keep ownership of the content you add — vehicles, workouts, posts, photos, and everything else. You grant Iglesias Tech LLC the permission needed to store and display it so the Service can function (for example, showing a community post to other signed-in members). You are responsible for having the rights to what you upload, and for keeping it lawful and respectful.
We may suspend or remove access that violates these Terms.
Any paid project or consulting engagement is governed by the separate written agreement entered into for that work. Nothing on the marketing site is an offer or a binding quote on its own.
The Service is provided "as is" and may change or be unavailable from time to time. We aim to keep your data safe, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service — keep your own copies of anything critical.
To the extent permitted by law, Iglesias Tech LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. This does not limit any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
We may update these Terms; the date above reflects the latest version. Continued use means you accept the changes.
