Full-tower workstation with Ryzen 9 5900X, RTX 2080 Ti, 1 TB NVMe OS drive, and 13-drive SATA array—great for Linux, VMs, backups, and media editing.
This workstation started as a do-everything tower: host Linux VMs, keep long-term backups, and still edit media comfortably. The Phantom 820 chassis gave me space for the 13-drive array and excellent airflow. I tuned the RAM later with XMP and focused on a robust cooling stack (Ryujin 360 + eight NF-A14s) to keep noise and temps in check during multi-hour jobs.
