Kingsway - Estate-First Operations Platform

Kingsway is a clean restart of an estate-first operations app, built as a split Next.js UI and Strapi CMS/API stack.

Key Features:

• Next.js UI served as the public app experience
• Strapi CMS/API for managed operational content
• Docker Compose deployment with separate UI, CMS, and database services
• External proxy and TLS path through Nginx Proxy Manager
• Production domain planning for kingsways.app and cms.kingsways.app

Technical Implementation: Built with Next.js 16, React 19, TypeScript, Strapi 5, PostgreSQL, Docker Compose, and external reverse proxy deployment.

Business Impact: Establishes a cleaner architecture for a more durable estate operations product after lessons from earlier maintenance-app iterations.
